As most of our products are personalised and uniquely made for our fellow Pawstronauts. Upon confirmation (full payment made), all sales made are non- exchangeable and non-refundable, please help to double check your ordering details before your purchase. 

- if amendments need to be made (eg, wrongly entered details), please contact us within 24hours after order is made, so that we may aid you.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help with your orders, we will do our best to help resolve it. 

In the event that parts of your tags separate, do contact us! We would be happy to help repair it, if possible.

  • To clean product, gently wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. Or rinse with soap at room temperature water

  • Product may get damaged if playtime gets too rough, remove if necessary

Orders will only be confirmed once payment is made within 24hrs.

DISCLAIMER 

  • Colours and pattern placement on the product may vary slightly from the picture seen, due to lighting or brightness setting on your monitor/screen.

  • As all our products are especially handmade for our Pawstronauts, some print & slight sizing differences is to be expected. 

  • Pawstronaut will not be liable for any harm done to pets due to misuse of the product.

  • Pawstronaut will not be liable for any damages done to the product due to mishandling of the product. 

  • Pawstronaut will not be liable for damage, wear and tear, or even lost of tag, as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care. Where instructions have not been followed.
  • Please note that the hardware of the tag is not durable enough to withstand force/ leash pulling, please do not clip you pet leash onto the hardware.

RETURN/REPAIR POLICY 

  • Returns due to error: On the odd chance that the item you have received is incorrect please contact us immediately on receipt. We will arrange for the item to be returned / replacement issued. Any item held for longer than 14 days is deemed to be correct.
